Katerina Panagiotopoulou: Acupuncturist, Herbalist, NLP and Feng Shui consultant
"My role as a facilitator isn’t to guide you to my truth—but to hold space while you walk with your own. I bring decades of experience in healing, movement, and elemental work—but more than that, I bring my attention, my care, and my trust in the living field that holds us all."
Living with the Seasons is not a method.
It’s a way of remembering.
A return to relationship with time, place, and the body of the Earth.
This path was revealed to me while working with yoga groups in Eftalou, Lesvos—a sacred place where sea and land speak. There, I felt the healing power of the ancient Asklepeia, the resonance of natural cycles, and the intelligence of the seasons.
Back in Amsterdam, I began offering seasonal treatments aligned with the alchemy of time—supporting clients to move with the emotions and energy of each season, not against them. This evolved into 1:1 work, group retreats, and eventually into the seed of a movement.
